Sarah K. Terrible, O.T.R./L.

Sarah Terrible is a specialty-trained occupational therapist. She completed her bachelor of science degree in psychology at Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and then earned her master of occupational therapy at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Miss Terrible then completed an internship at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, Virginia. She is board-certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Miss Terrible employs a mixture of therapeutic exercises and manual techniques for her patients to achieve the best results. She enjoys developing a strong relationship with her patients and seeing their progress throughout the rehabilitation process.

Erica Benson, PT, DPT

Dr. Erica Benson, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where she focused her studies on Communication and Women’s Studies. With a passion for improving others’ quality of life, she continued her education, this time focusing on helping patient’s improve mobility and function. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Benson strives to put the patient first in her clinical practice and enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.

Dr. Benson enjoys travelling, trying new food, and spending time with friends and family. Her newest adventure is exploring the wonder of St. Thomas with her Fiancé Matt, and dog, Digger.

Aaron Leonard, P.T.A

Aaron Leonard is a local virgin islander that studied and attained his Physical Therapist Assistance degree from a CAPTE accredited program at Herzing University. After completing his degree, Aaron relocated back to St. Thomas to start his journey in helping others rebuild their functional mobility at COG Restore. As a PTA, he enjoys assisting individuals with their conditions to restore function as well as educating them on preventative maintenance and treatment techniques. Aaron likes to stay active in the community, plays a variety of sports, and enjoys occasional visits to the beach on his spare time.
